WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?
In short, we accept items purchased online for full refund in the form of store credit (minus shipping costs) within 15 days of arrival date. For a more detailed description and to learn about exceptions, please refer to our return & exchange policy.
CAN I RETURN SOMETHING I BOUGHT ONLINE TO THE STORE?
Yes -- and you can exchange there too! So long as it is within your order's return/exchange window.

Yes -- we offer free California shipping on all orders over $150 and free US shipping on orders over $200! Please choose the free option when selecting your shipping method.
MY PACKAGE TRACKING INFO SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED BUT I NEVER GOT IT? MY PACKAGE NEVER ARRIVED?
Sorry for your frustration!! The USPS generally does a great job of getting our packages from Point A to Point B, but there can be the occasional hiccup. Allow the package a few extra days to arrive (we have found many packages organically surface within a few days) before contacting us. If you feel that your package has been lost in transit or delivered incorrectly, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we can start an insurance claim (you will be required to fill out a short form online) to either get your full refund in your original payment form or replacement shipment. Your pick!
WHY DON'T YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
We ship to MANY countries, but if your country is not an option at checkout... you can email us to set up an order!
WHAT DOES "BACKORDERED" MEAN? WHY HASN'T MY ORDER SHIPPED YET?
For popular and out of stock items, we open pre-order and backorder purchases to customers to secure themselves one of the items we have on order. This means that the item is NOT in stock and will NOT ship immediately. We do our best to include an estimated time, but often we do not have exact information as to when the item will arrive. Some brands take longer to get items to us than others. Some have very long wait periods. Your item will ship as soon as it has arrived with us!

WHAT STEPS ARE YOU TAKING TO LESSON THE CARBON FOOTPRINT OF YOUR ONLINE BUSINESS?
Good question! We like the environment. A lot. Our jewelry, unless provided in branded boxes by an individual designer, is packed in 100% recycled jewelry boxes with 100% recycled non-tarnishing synthetic cotton inside. They are processed chlorine free and manufactured utilizing renewable hydroelectric energy in the US. Candles and other objects come packed with a mix of new and reused packing supplies (bubble wrap, etc...). We try to reuse shipment boxes whenever we can. Additionally, our acid-free tissue paper is made in the USA from 100% recycled fibers and our cardboard shipping boxes are made from 100% post consumer recycled materials.
We are constantly working towards operating as sustainably as possible so please feel free to offer suggestions as well.
