If your order has not begun processing through our shipment center and you need to cancel, we would be happy to oblige.
However, we do charge a $1 cancellation fee that will be deducted from your refund to cover transaction fees.
We do not offer online exchanges.
If you would like a different color or size, please return the unwanted item and purchase the desired item separately or visit our San Francisco store to exchange the item in person.
Online purchase returns for store credit can only be made within 15 days of items arrival date. To obtain a return authorization number, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. You can either mail back the item or bring your return to our store in San Francisco with your return authorization number.
Items must be postmarked within 15 calendar days of the original shipment's arrival date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it -- no signs of wear or usage and in the original packaging. If you return jewelry without its box, it will likely be damaged in transit and result in a reduced or rejected return (DO NOT return jewelry in an envelope without a box inside, it can be bent and mangled in transit without proper protection). Shoes must be mailed within their shoe box AND inside of a shipping box.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a store credit code will be emailed to you.
You are responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not provide return shipment labels. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
When shipping a return, consider tracking and insuring your package.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item -- you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
FINAL SALES ITEMS:
Face + Body items and underwear (bottoms) are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons.
We will replace all damaged items. If your item arrives damaged, please send a photo of the damaged item to email@example.com within 1-3 days of receiving the item to qualify for an exchange or pre-paid shipping return and full refund. We cannot verify an item was damaged in transit if we are not notified immediately.
