Return Policy


If your order has not begun processing and you need to cancel, we would be happy to oblige.

However, we do charge non-refundable cancellation fees that will be deducted from your refund to cover transaction fees that are not refunded to us by your chosen payment processor.  The fees are as follows:

PayPal - $2
Shopify Credit Card Payment / Shop Pay (not installments) - 2.5% of order total for US or 3.5% for international payments
Afterpay - 5.5% of order total
ShopPay Installments - 6% of order total
Order cancellation refunds taken in store credit do not incur fees, so you can opt for store credit if you would like.



All returns are for store credit. We do not offer returns to original payment method.

Online purchase returns must be made within 15 days of items arrival date. To obtain a return authorization number, please email hello@shopanomie.com. You can either mail back the item or bring your return to our store in San Francisco with your return authorization number.

Items must be postmarked within 15 calendar days of the original shipment's arrival date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it -- no signs of wear or usage and in the original packaging. If you return jewelry without its box, it will likely be damaged in transit and result in a reduced or rejected return (DO NOT return jewelry in an envelope without a box inside, it can be bent and mangled in transit without proper protection). Shoes must be mailed within their shoe box AND inside of a shipping box.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a store credit code will be emailed to you.

You are responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not provide return shipment labels. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

When shipping a return, consider tracking and insuring your package.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item -- you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.



We can do online exchanges on a case by case basis. 

If you would like a different color or size, please contact us or visit our San Francisco store to exchange the item in person. Online exchanges can occur for certain items (depending on how many are in stock) with just a shipping charge or through a purchase of the correct item and when we receive back the first purchase we will refund the original payment method for the returned item. We do not provide full, original payment refunds for a return that does not involve an exchange.



Face + Body items, underwear bottoms, and swimwear one pieces / bottoms cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons.

All items purchased during final sale discount promotions or any items labeled as final sale cannot be returned.

All already reduced sale items purchased at additional discount (for instance, with a 10% off coupon code) are not eligible for return.

Please shop wisely, read the full product description, and ask any questions about measurements ahead of time!



We will replace all damaged items. If your item arrives damaged, please send a photo of the damaged item to hello@shopanomie.com within 24 hours of receiving the item to qualify for an exchange or pre-paid shipping return and full refund. We cannot verify an item was damaged in transit if we are not notified immediately.
